Dr. Capelli brings 19+ years of experience to the North Shore of Kauai and sees patients ages 16 and older. A graduate of The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he brings a holistic approach to his treatment and offers Osteopathic-Manipulation as an available option to his patients. Dedicated healer and versatile medical professional, Jon Allen, brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate touch to every aspect of his medical care. After graduating from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program in 2013, Jon ventured into a diverse range of medical specialties, including Family Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery. His passion for leadership and medical education led him to excel in roles that shaped healthcare pathways. Notably, he has contributed significantly as a faculty member at the University of Washington and Seattle University, inspiring the next generation of medical professionals.
Guided by the principle of Cura Personalis – the care of the whole person – Jon's approach to medicine encompasses the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of his patients' well-being. Janet Bilafer-Steiner, FNP

Janet graduated from Kauai Community College with her RN in 1990. She worked at Wilcox Memorial Hospital for 19 years. Received her Master's Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner in San Francisco in 2016. She raised her 3 daughters in Kilauea and now is a Grandmother to 6.
